**Complementary 15 minute consultation via phone** 

Remaining 45 minutes will be $29.99 with retention of AES Services

$75.00 - Each additional hour

$25.00 - Includes draft of formal letters and responses to campuses and district officials to obtain or request information or services on behalf of your child. 

$100.00 - Includes:   

• Ensuring that present levels of functioning and academic performance are appropriate
• Ensuring that academic, behavioral and functional goals are measurable
• Verifying that the appropriate services and supports are in place to meet those goals
• Ensuring assessments are current

$100.00 -  Includes one hour of ZOOM meeting for ARD/IEP/504. Each additional hour will be $60.00 and $30 per half hour. 

STARTER PACKAGE - 

$200.00 - This package Includes:

•  One hour of phone or zoom consultation
•  Initial introductory strategy session which includes a review of recent records 
• Discuss and plan for next steps 
• Formal communication with school district
• Attend one ARD/IEP/504 meeting 

MAINTENANCE PACKAGE - 

$500.00 - This package Includes:

• The Starter Package 
• Attend additional ARD/IEP/504 meetings as needed
• Follow up with student’s progress every reporting period to ensure implementation of IEPs and accommodations
• Request for IEP meeting or additional evaluation if appropriate
